Hello and welcome. I’m Nicole Lee, a Qigong teacher, mentor and devotee.

With training in both classical and contemporary Qigong styles, I focus on sharing this ancient healing art to help you release stress, deepen your connection with self, and to find ease and flow.

Practicing Qigong regularly offers a bunch of health benefits on all levels. It helps improve functioning of your heart and lungs, and digestive, immune and lymphatic systems. Releasing stress and tension can also help decrease inflammation and chronic pain, while improving your sleep quality and energy levels.

Feel more present, happy and stable

Regular practice of Qigong can often feel like you’ve finally come home to yourself. You will find deep rest within an inner refuge. This new sense of ease will help you to be more present and focussed, and assist with emotional regulation.

Qigong is essentially a moving meditation — a great alternative to a traditional seated meditation — and a powerful mind-body practice. People who practice Qigong regularly report higher self-esteem, improved nervous system regulation and support in trauma-care and healing.

Qigong Teacher Training

Study to teach Qigong via my industry-accredited training program, and become a certified teacher. Choose between Qigong Foundations (60 hours) or Qigong Comprehensive (200 hours).

Qigong WORKSHOPS & PROGRAMS

I absolutely LOVE teaching Qigong and while I no longer offer regular weekly classes I do offer in-person Qigong workshops, various live-online Qigong series and one-to-one programs throughout the year. Master the magic of this practice, which lies in its subtlety, points of distinction and flow.
